What to Do
There’s plenty to do on the tiny island of Guana Cay. Most (but not all) activities revolve around sun, sand, sea and alcohol. Below are a handful of suggestions on how to occupy your time in paradise.
Snorkeling or Scuba Diving
Visit Dive Guana http://www.diveguana.com for information.
Deep Sea Fishing
We’re planning on taking guests on fishing trips. Please let us know if you’re interested.
Rent a Boat
Discover nearby islands via the sea of Abaco. Boat rentals are available at Dive Guana.
Pig Roast at Nippers
A must-do for anybody who visits Guana, every Sunday, Nippers hosts a pig roast. It’s a lot of food, a lot of drinks and a lot of fun. http://www.nippersbar.com/event_calendar.html
Beach Bumming
Grab a cooler and towel and head to the beach. Revel in the crystal-clear blue water of the Bahamas. Guana is so secluded, you might be the only one on the beach for miles.
Drink Frozen Rum Drinks
Available at Grabbers or Nippers – only you can decide which is your favorite.
Rent Bikes or a Golf Cart
Pack a picnic and plenty of drinks, and check out the entire island in a day trip. Rentals available at Dive Guana.
